Berlokasi di Dortmund, kurang dari 1 km dari Danau Phoenix, Sellmann´s Boutique Hotel menyediakan akomodasi dengan tempat fitness lengkap, parkir pribadi gratis, taman, dan teras. It’s a design interior with beautiful photography art, very comfortable rooms and spacious common areas. Gym has aerobic machines and free weights! There is a sauna also. Breakfast was superb! Outside there is nice area with shops and restaurants, and cross the street there is an access to the lake. I took a run around the lake - it was 2.5 miles and really wonderful! These is more restaurants around the lake. There are 2 grocery stores within a short walk from the hotel. The place has limited parking spots in the front, but then there’s a a lot in 100 meters. We really enjoyed our stay 😊

The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Bathroom was beautiful and newly renovated. A little over 1km walk to the trainstation, and we found grocery stores really closeby too. The street was quiet and we were able to sleep well. We also liked that the apartment was themed!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was spotless, bright and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and even little extras like tea and sugar were provided. The beds were excellent, and we slept really well. The location was quiet but still close to shops and public transport. Check-in with the key box was super easy.

Great location close to the lake and coffee shops, also to the train station. Plenty of bakeries and groceries around. Very easy to live there. The people were very kind and helpful.
