Ubicado en Dortmund, a menos de 1 km de Phoenix Lake, Sellmann´s Boutique Hotel tiene hospedaje con un gimnasio, estacionamiento privado de cortesía, un jardín y una terraza. It’s a design interior with beautiful photography art, very comfortable rooms and spacious common areas. Gym has aerobic machines and free weights! There is a sauna also. Breakfast was superb! Outside there is nice area with shops and restaurants, and cross the street there is an access to the lake. I took a run around the lake - it was 2.5 miles and really wonderful! These is more restaurants around the lake. There are 2 grocery stores within a short walk from the hotel. The place has limited parking spots in the front, but then there’s a a lot in 100 meters. We really enjoyed our stay 😊

Establecido en Dortmund, a menos de 1 km de Phoenix Lake y 3.8 km de Botanischer Garten Rombergpark, THE GREEN PHOENIX Dortmund Phönixsee ofrece hospedaje con WiFi gratis. Great location close to the lake and coffee shops, also to the train station. Plenty of bakeries and groceries around. Very easy to live there. The people were very kind and helpful.
