Located in Dortmund, less than 1 km from Phoenix Lake, Sellmann´s Boutique Hotel provides accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. It’s a design interior with beautiful photography art, very comfortable rooms and spacious common areas. Gym has aerobic machines and free weights! There is a sauna also. Breakfast was superb! Outside there is nice area with shops and restaurants, and cross the street there is an access to the lake. I took a run around the lake - it was 2.5 miles and really wonderful! These is more restaurants around the lake. There are 2 grocery stores within a short walk from the hotel. The place has limited parking spots in the front, but then there’s a a lot in 100 meters. We really enjoyed our stay 😊

Campushotel is located opposite the Fern Universität Hagen university campus, 2 km from Hagen city centre and just off the A45 and A46 motorways. The hotel features a bus stop directly outside. Super location, large room, very clean, staff very friendly and professional

Situated in Xanten, 46 km from Town Hall Duisburg, DORMERO Hotel Xanten features views of the city. Lovely people working here! Really enjoyed those few days here.

Language is not an issue, and any issue during my two week stay was resolve professionally . Location was excellent.

Honestly, this place was awesome. Super cozy, clean, and just had a really good vibe. We loved chilling in the living room in the evenings, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It’s in a quiet area, but still close to everything. The host was super helpful too — quick replies and very friendly. Would totally stay here again!
