The front of house staff made checking in a pleasure. They we courteous, friendly, professional and helpful. After an early start and two flights, they made us feel incredibly welcome. The rooms were fantastic, beautifully decorated and the beds....THE BEDS, were like sleeping on velvet. So luxurious and comfortable. The choices at the breakfast buffet were never ending..and very well laid out. Dont be surprised to go for a second or even third plate..superb. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel the first night and it did not disappoint. The food was exceptional. Compliments to the kitchen. The staff who served us were exceptional. They made for an enjoyable meal in a relaxed setting and gave us a few laughs along the way. Great characters but also extremely professional. I would genuinely love to return to this gem of a hotel.

We loved our stay here. Great location - easy to walk to from Kastrup airport (10-15mins). Very close to Kastruplundgade, where there are plenty of options for restaurants or takeaways, and 2 supermarkets (10 mins walk). The entrance to the suite is shared with the owners of the property, attached like a granny annex but still feels very private. Quiet location, feels very safe. Easy to check-in and check-out. We were given a code and good instructions on how to get here. The suite is as described but bigger than we expected. Very clean. The kitchen was well stocked for appliances and had teabags, coffee, and some breakfast supplies available for us. Bed is very comfortable, mattress is on the softer side which suited us. Nice selection of pillows. A small dining table with chairs for eating at and a comfy chair to relax in. The TV has options for streaming services. Wifi was excellent. Bathroom is lovely, shower is amazing. Nice hot water, good pressure and lovely fluffy towels. We stayed here for one night between flying into Copenhagen and catching a long-distance bus the next day. It was perfect for that, but we could happily have stayed here longer. Good transport links nearby to get to downtown Copenhagen. Great value for money. Would happily stay here again!

Location was excellent very central, with the train station and metro 5 minute walk away. Most attractions easily walkable from the hotel. The room is like an apartment allowing us to have flexibility with cooking and eating out. The apartment was beautifully designed and well appointed with cooker, hob, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Kitchen was also well equipped. There was lots of space and the room was very comfortable.
