The room was huge, very comfortable, with a big cozy bed, TV, strong hot water, and everything felt fresh and well thought out. The pool and the views are stunning, and the breakfast was excellent. Most importantly, the owner Francisco is an amazing person — extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming, which really made the stay special. A must-visit if you’re in Las Terrenas and want to escape the crowds while staying close to the incredible Playa Cosón, which is perfect for surfing and also great for swimming.

Everything blends perfectly with the surroundings, creating a relaxing and authentic eco-lodge experience. We left feeling refreshed and grateful. Highly recommended for anyone looking to disconnect, enjoy nature, and experience sincere hospitality.

Nice decoration, very comfortable bed and linens, bathrobe, very close to the beach, restaurant on site with great cooking!!

Casa Shambala was a great stay. Wonderful little spot off the main roads. It was quiet and you didn’t hear any of the noise from the main roads. Wonderful units with great balconies. The pool was nice to cool off in on a hot day. The owner Vincent was very friendly and made sure you had a great stay. Highly recommend staying here and it’s also conveniently located.

We had an excellent stay at Bungalows Colibri. The hosts were very welcoming and gave us great tips on what to do in the area. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool is ideal to cool off from the heat. Las Galeras is a great place to be. So relaxing and more authentic than some parts on the island. I highly recommend this place. The hosts will look after you very well.

Convenient location, from where you can walk to the sea and restaurants. The rooms and the territory are extremely clean. Nice hosts who maintain a cozy home atmosphere, so we had a very good rest.

Aia ja basseinivaatega Solazul asub Las Galerases, 300 meetri kaugusel Las Galerase rannast ja 1,2 km kaugusel La Playita rannast. Majutusasutusel on terrass ja tasuta eraparkla. Very good location 2 minutes from Playa Las Galeras and from the central street of Las Galeras with multiple restaurants. The property is a little oasis with beautiful garden and charming cabanas, authentic Dominican style but with Swiss attention to details and cleanliness. Breakfast was amazing, like at home, with fresh bread, eggs, avocado and tomatoes from the garden. Pierre and Esther are very kind and attentive hosts, we enjoyed our stay a lot.
