A recently renovated guest house in Sigchos, Starlight Mountain Lodge offers children's playground, private parking and sports facilities. The owners are very kind and welcoming people. And the price is super affordable! I got some extra tips for the hike. They allowed me to leave some of my bags there so I didn't have to carry them in the mountains.

Lagoon Hotel Chugchilan in Chugchilán provides adults-only accommodation with a shared lounge, a terrace and a bar. Featuring room service, this property also provides guests with a barbecue. Great location right on the trail yet still in the center, with restaurants and shops nearby. The room was large with a nice view, everything was very clean, and the food—especially the broccoli soup—was simple but really good. Hot water, a water dispenser, and plenty of blankets made the stay comfortable enough for a hiking stop.

Set in Chugchilán, Hostal Doña Clarita Inn features accommodation with a public bath and an open-air bath. Quiet area. Nice staff Commune area with sofas to chill Free homemade cookies and hot beverages was a huge bonus on a rainy day :):) and so yummy! Clean rooms, new facilities. Hot water in shower. Delicious food.

Cuscungo Cotopaxi Hostel & Lodge has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Chasqui. The hostel was absolutely amazing! You could see Cotopaxi from the common area if the weather was nice. The hostel helped me book a horseback riding tour, which was so beautiful and an amazing experience. The breakfast had a variety of fruits, bread and eggs. I also had dinner there, it was such great value for the money and a great place to meet other people while enjoying a delicious meal. I can highly recommend this hostel, I will definitely come back here. Thank you so much for the awesome and friendly hospitality!!:)

Llullu Llama Mountain Lodge has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Hacienda Provincia. There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service. It is clean, in a nice location, the place is just as it is shown in the pictures. very good place to spend the night after a little hike as the first stop in the Quilotoa Loop. Nice breakfast and dinner included. It might seem a bit expensive for a hostel, but it was totally worth it. Gio and the rest team were very attentive and made everything to make me feel good. Jacuzzi and sauna are amazing for preparing yourself for the upcoming hiking days.

With mountain views, Hostal el Vaquero is set in Chugchilán and has a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, bar, garden, sun terrace and children's playground. Great place to stay! I loved the living room and the fireplace. The gardens around the place are also super relaxing. The owner is super kind and very welcoming. The food was tasty, and a very nice lunch package was provided for a reasonable price.

Located in Isinliví, Hostal Taita Cristobal offers accommodation with seating area. Featuring a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a children's playground. Everyone was WONDERFUL - we were allowed an early check in & got to enjoy the hammocks on the proch. The dinner & breakfast were very good too.

Set in Chasqui, 49 km from Metropolitano del Sur Park, Rondador Cotopaxi offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. This 3-star hotel offers a bar. If you are thinking about going to Cotopaxi please stay here! We have been travelling for 2 months and this was our favourite place! You instantly feel at home when you enter, the fire on and it’s so cosy. The rooms are so clean and inviting and the food is great. Especially the pesto pasta (huge portions) also the best hot choc ever! The staff are lovely and even dropped us off in Latacunga. Such good value for money, we did not want to leave

The accommodations were comfortable, and while the nights can get quite chilly due to the lack of heating, the hostel provides exceptionally warm blankets. Once I was under the covers, I was perfectly cozy and had a great night’s sleep. If you’re looking for a unique and immersive stay on the Quilotoa hiking loop with warm hospitality, The Hostal Cloud Forest is a fantastic choice. I would definitely recommend it to nature lovers and adventurers alike!
