Attractively located in the Garden City district of Cairo, Garden City Plaza Hotel is situated 1.3 km from Tahrir Square, 1.8 km from The Egyptian Museum and 2.9 km from Cairo Tower. The location, cleaniness of the rooms, helpful staff: Badr, Karim, Shiko and the staff members in the restaurant. The best service of this facility which I never seen in recent times is free laundry service per day for two items. The staff are very accomodative on any service requests. Thank you.

This was one of the best places I could have picked for a first trip to Egypt I could have had. Firstly, the location had a perfect view of the pyramids from the roof and was relatively close to everything. Secondly, the hotel staff was some of the friendliest I have ever come across traveling anywhere in the world. Hossam and Nour were amazing hosts, showing me endless hospitality. My drivers, Mohammed and Belal, were also amazing and got me anywhere I needed to go.

Boasting a shared lounge, terrace and views of city, Madina Hostel is situated in Cairo, 300 metres from Tahrir Square. I'm incredibly grateful for the wonderful and hospitable reception I received upon arrival, complete with a comforting cup of tea, thanks to Doaa! Unlike previous experiences at other hotels/hostels in Egypt, I was pleasantly surprised by the honesty and integrity demonstrated here. There were no attempts to overcharge or manipulate with hidden fees or excuses. Payment can be made upon arrival, in dollars/Euros or Egyptian pounds, either in cash or by Visa. They strive to accommodate the client as much as possible. It was truly refreshing to encounter such transparency and fairness. Tea and coffee are available all day, and the breakfast was very good. I received a towel free of charge, and there's a nice common area where you can meet and discuss with people from all nationalities. The room and bathroom were very clean. If you have an issue with the internet, they fix it promptly. Everything is in working order, and if not, they repair it right away. It is in a great location, downtown and close to everything. You can leave your luggage and/or stay in the common area if your flight is late at night. Thank you for setting such a high standard of service! I wanted to come back, but it was fully booked, and then they had to temporarily close as they were undergoing a government audit, like many hostels in Cairo right now. I look forward to coming back again in the future. I usually don’t take the time to write a review, but here I had to because thanks to them, it changed my perception of Egypt. JAZ Pyramids Resort is a quiet garden resort built on 48,000 sqm of gardens in the heart of Giza Egypt, located 3 minutes away from the Grand Egyptian Museum, 5 minutes away from The Pyramids and... Very nice four-star hotel resort, with nice and helpful English speaking staff, a clean pool and clean and large, cozy rooms (we actually had two rooms as we were uograded to a suite upon arrival!) Thank you! The resort is located close to the Grand Egyptian Museum (by car!) and the great pyramids of Giza. The staff go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant and interesting as possible, offering extras like bottled water and tours from and back to the hotel without being too pushy. Special thanks to Maria at the front desk, and the entire F&B Staff and Management for the special treatment when we were in need, and of course the concierge/limousine service for their assistance throughout our stay!

In a prime location in the Giza district of Cairo, City plaza pyramids view is located 2.7 km from Giza Pyramids, 3.3 km from Great Sphinx and 3.5 km from The Grand Egyptian Museum. The hotel staff was very accommodating. They had great wifi which is something we've struggled to find in Cairo. The hotel was so nice, we got breakfasts brought to our room every morning and they gave us some extra time to pack up our last day to recover from a concert the night before and cause our bus wasn't leaving until later in the day. The area was also nice to explore and walk around. We stayed close to the pyramids our first couple nights in Giza and had trouble walking around cause the harassment from vendors was so bad. This area was much less harassment.
