I'm incredibly grateful for the wonderful and hospitable reception I received upon arrival, complete with a comforting cup of tea, thanks to Doaa! Unlike previous experiences at other hotels/hostels in Egypt, I was pleasantly surprised by the honesty and integrity demonstrated here. There were no attempts to overcharge or manipulate with hidden fees or excuses. Payment can be made upon arrival, in dollars/Euros or Egyptian pounds, either in cash or by Visa. They strive to accommodate the client as much as possible. It was truly refreshing to encounter such transparency and fairness. Tea and coffee are available all day, and the breakfast was very good. I received a towel free of charge, and there's a nice common area where you can meet and discuss with people from all nationalities. The room and bathroom were very clean. If you have an issue with the internet, they fix it promptly. Everything is in working order, and if not, they repair it right away. It is in a great location, downtown and close to everything. You can leave your luggage and/or stay in the common area if your flight is late at night. Thank you for setting such a high standard of service! I wanted to come back, but it was fully booked, and then they had to temporarily close as they were undergoing a government audit, like many hostels in Cairo right now. I look forward to coming back again in the future. I usually don’t take the time to write a review, but here I had to because thanks to them, it changed my perception of Egypt. Among Cairo hotels, Steigenberger El Tahrir secures a spectacular location in El Tahrir Square, overlooking the Egyptian museum, minutes away from Khan El Khalili Bazar, and in close proximity to... It’s not clear why this is only a 4 star hotel as it certainly had a 5 star feel and service. Outstanding staff, often asking for feedback about their service, very comfortable rooms and beds, outstanding breakfast buffet, the best we have seen. Room service excellent with very generous portions that we could not finish, and reasonably priced laundry service. Highly recommend for a stay in Cairo

JAZ Pyramids Resort is a quiet garden resort built on 48,000 sqm of gardens in the heart of Giza Egypt, located 3 minutes away from the Grand Egyptian Museum, 5 minutes away from The Pyramids and... The location is very good for Giza tourist spots. Everthing is on th egrond floor. Good all round.
