From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely taken care of. Whatever you might need, they truly have you covered—just ask. At one point we needed an inexpensive suitcase for things we had bought, and one of the staff members was kind enough to personally come with us and take us to a local market to help us find one. We have never experienced this level of care anywhere before. The food was always freshly made and available at any time, the prices were very reasonable, the beds were comfortable, and there was always hot water. Everything you could wish for in a stay, plus exceptional service that makes all the difference. We would 100% recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

It's a really cost-effective hotel. You can see the pyramids and it's close to the Great Egyptian Museum (GEM). The staff were so kind and the hotel itself had an Egyptian feel, which was nice. The bedding was clean and the hot water came out well. It was so nice to see the pyramids in the window. We were very satisfied :)
