While the hotel is in clear need of a deep cleaning and some maintenance, the staff members are the true stars here. I really enjoyed my stay at Giza Palace. Everything went smoothly and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel and apartments were kept spotlessly clean, the staff were so helpful and friendly and available 24/7, nothing was too much trouble. A beautiful peaceful haven to return to after a busy day, we felt very safe and welcome here. The pool was Beautifully refreshing and pool towels were available. Staff were extremely kind, welcoming and helpful. We were very impressed by the warm welcoming on the panoramic terrasse. We were offered tea and we were welcomed to order something to eat(it was already around 23h). The manager also assisted us with exchanging money on a safe change.
