This is my first visit in a long time, i was surprised with quality of service by all staff there specially selvia an youssef, room vibe was absolutely great it was so clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, close to all essential facilities, yet very quiet and peaceful, making it perfect for relaxation. Mr Gamal, the owner, was extremely welcoming and respectful. He went out of his way to facilitate everything and made our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. His hospitality truly made the visit special. The chalet was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

Bed sheets were not changed and no other set for bed sheets. We had to buy bed sheets. No covers or blankets available. We had to buy blankets. The stove was not working We had to buy electric stove. The location is good. You have to bring printed copy of IDs to be able to enter. Unfortunately it was really not ready yet for being listed on Booking. Bathroom you have to operate electrical motor to have water. Air-condition have bird nest inside.
