The location is excellent, close to all essential facilities, yet very quiet and peaceful, making it perfect for relaxation. Mr Gamal, the owner, was extremely welcoming and respectful. He went out of his way to facilitate everything and made our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. His hospitality truly made the visit special. The chalet was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

Situé dans un cadre paisible et verdoyant sur la côte d'Ismailia, cet hôtel 4 étoiles dispose de sa propre plage privée au bord du lac. Le personnel est agréable et disponible. Ma chambre etait spacieuse et confortable. La piscine est un plus et le cadre avec des espaces verts et le lac, est appreciable. Le petit dejeuner était varié et copieux .

The location is good. You have to bring printed copy of IDs to be able to enter. Unfortunately it was really not ready yet for being listed on Booking. Bathroom you have to operate electrical motor to have water. Air-condition have bird nest inside.
