The place is just beautiful, new, stylish, smells good, the pool and garden outside is beautiful, the restaurant is beautiful, the rooms and terraces also. Breakfast was delightful, I have 0 complains.

Honestly the best customer service I have received for a long time . Receptionist Francisco and his coworker were extremely nice, helpful, and joyful. They made me feel special and taken care of. Honestly who ever owns this property should know they made the experience extra premium! I highly recommend!

Even though the parking is about 10 minutes away, one of the staff, Alvaro, had no hesitation in helping us park the car as well as collect it for us. Alvaro is a huge asset to the company.

Excellent hotel in excellent location. Rooms are spacious, beds comfy and large balconies with views over the city. Only platinum rooms have sea view and full day of sunshine (if it shines). There's also a nice rooftop pool, jacuzzi and sun loungers. We got to check in early and upgrade to a premium room with larger balcony and some morning sunshine with it. Breakfast and dinner were great with plenty of variation, you can start your day even with a glass of bubbly, if you wish. We both have gluten free diet and even though the allergens are not listed, the chef was there to explain and help. I read some earlier comments that dinner selection is limited, but I disagree. Every night the selection was different and even though most is pizza, pasta and bread, there was also fish, burgers, beef, pork, chicken and plenty of veggies, so I would say the selection was really good. Drinks / water / wine at dinner are not included. The rooms also include a cocktail voucher.

This hotel is awesome, it's rated 4 stars but the comfort and service are pretty equivalent to a 5 star hotel. They have facilities for sport professionals with a gym that has all the equipment of a training center, semi-Olympic pool, and a full equipped SPA. The service is outstanding, all the staff is focused in giving you the best stay possible. The location is also a wonderful aspect of the hotel, having a great sight of the Mediterranean cost and all the valley. Definitively I'll return
