A recently renovated property, Olivae Hostal Boutique is located in Cáceres near San Juan Church, Santa María Church-Procathedral and Plaza Mayor Caceres. Room and building were recently refurbished. Tastefully furnished and comfortable. Electrical kettle was a bonus. Could do with another suitcase rack. Room was spacious. Very close to old city walls and best preserved old city we have seen so far in Europe. Unfortunately only one night here, more to see but not enough time. Building has a lift.

They work very hard balancing their small coffee shop in the hotel’s lobby, their boutique hotel (and raising their young family). Getting to know them was great. Their breakfast rooms are incredibly clean.

These modern apartments are in the centre of Cáceres, a World Heritage City. They are 40 metres from the Plaza Mayor, and 150 metres from the Medieval Old Town. Exceptional, cant believe it can be done for that price. The staff were really helpful.
