The rooms are modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast covers all requirements with a variety of food. Easy access to the city center. There is a bus stop a few meters from the hotel with the last route from the city center at 23.00. Transportation by taxi costs 15-20 euros. There are usually parking spaces outside the hotel.

Very smart hotel with the friendliest of staff who couldn't do enough for you. Oihane, the concierge, was so helpful finding restaurants (which were excellent), other things to do and must see places. The reception and bar are stunningly beautiful reflecting the building's history. All the reception staff were happy, friendly and exceptionally helpful. Alba was particularly outstanding. The hotel bar is well stocked and great value. There are some cocktails on the menu but the barmen were all able to make the cocktails we asked for even if they were not on the list. The rooms were spotless, well appointed, well insulated for sound and extremely comfortable.
