We had a truly magical stay at this hotel. The property itself is a beautiful classic building, both inside and out, and the common areas always have an amazing fragrance. The cleanliness was impeccable. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job every single day, paying attention to endless little details that made a difference. Our room had a view that was actually much better than the official photos, truly breathtaking. As for the sleep quality, the bed, mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The staff was generally very friendly, especially the two young men. On our last day, Saturday, the communication was not so great with the middle-aged staff member, but I only mention it because the service from the other two was perfect. Overall, everything was perfect and nothing broke the "magic" of the experience. I hope all rooms are as great as ours. I would definitely stay here again!
