Overall, everything was great, a very modern hotel with a nice design. I want to give a special mention to the SitizenM staff, particularly the girl who assisted us with the check-in process. It was her first day on the job, and she was very polite and helpful. I wish her all the best in her new role. This was my first time staying at SitizenM, and I was very satisfied. I also appreciate the fact that the bar was open at night. This hotel is in front of La Defence Arena. And that was the reason why I chose it.

Recently renovated, rooms are nice and clean. Very good breakfast. Perfect location — quite office/residential area with great transportation options.

He bed was very comfortable to sleep. There was a good matress and loads of fresh air through the air-conditioning, therefore in the morning felt refreshed and well rested. Friend stayed in another room and said the same thing, the bed is 10ou of 10. Shower was clean and there was an adequate room temperature. There was no noise, therefore it was pleasant to rest.

Excellent stay! The staff was exceptionally friendly and supportive, making a real difference to the overall experience. A great team truly adds value to a hotel, and this one is fortunate to have such wonderful people. The breakfast was very good as well 👌. An added bonus is the on-site charging station for electric cars, which was very convenient

The room was very comfortable, homely and safe. The breakfast was very good.

The reception boy - Malek is the super sweet guy, offered a coffee, was super helpful and smiling, had great conversation, booked a place just to have few hours in Paris, very close to the bus station that goes to buveaus, and price for location is very convenient.

Great location within walking distance of the train station. The hotel was excellent and the room was clean and well equipped. The staff were friendly, supportive and very helpful.

Perfect location, 4 minutes from Metro

Compact, but comfortable, clean, separate dridge, shower, WC. Welldone!

The location is awesome for the concerts taking place at the La defence arena.

The room was clean and warm with comfortable bed and very good equipped kitchen. At breakfast there are so many different things to choose from and everything I tried was tasty. The location is also good, the subway is at 15mins walk.

Friendly staff, allowed early check in for me, when he discovered I travelled 20 hours non stop to reach Paris

The Staff took real great care of my brother & I. First, they upgraded us to a big suite and the day that we left they didn't charge us for parking which was 30 eur. We went there for the Paul Mccartney concert and it was very close to the Hotel a brisk 20 min walk. Breakfast was also very good with a special view of the Eiffel Tower :). Will go back there for sure!

I really enjoyed staying in the Boris hotel. The staff cleaned my room everyday - it was lovely! In general it was very clean, and well equiped. The staff was very helpful and always with a smile so set me every day in a fantastic mood. The lobby gives you the opportunity to rest or wait for the bus or drink Coffee and fill in the water bottle or leave a lagguage when you visit Paris. Even if it is not in the Paris centre - the metro and trams or buses are close by so communication is great! I think everything is fantastic - maybe a bit larger table in the room would be great but this is just something for me as I had a lot of stuff :) Thank you and I will definately come back next time!

The staff and the breakfast were amazinggg

The receptionist Ali was incredible – extremely kind, helpful, and truly went the extra mile for us. He arranged rooms with a beautiful view of Paris, which made our stay even more special. The hotel is perfectly located right next to a metro station with easy access to all major attractions. Everything was very clean. Highly recommended!

The smell of biscuit in the lobby. It is super confortable and the staff is really kind.
