Stayed in the hotel for two nights. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help with everything. Special shout to Alex for the lovely service. The hotel was clean, breakfast was simple but nice, the facilities were modern. The location was quiet and only 5 min away from the metro. Plenty of restaurants close by to eat. I would definitely come back and would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Tiny room but modern and clean, boutique style. Great location in a side and quiet street. I’m not a big fan of air condition, but this one was very good with intuitive control. Nice staff, good breakfast, good coffee. What else do you need?

comfortable room with small but modern and well equipped bathroom. We also really liked the ground floor conservatory which doubles up as the breakfast room and also provides 24/7 access to tea/coffee and an honesty bar. The breakfast buffet was really good and a lot more extensive than we had expected. the customer service provided by the reception staff was superb - they went out of their way to help us and make the stay superb. I will definitely check out this hotel again when I am back in Paris

nice small hotel in perfect location (not excalty tourist center of Paris but all the sightseings are easily accessible), several minutes walk to metro (line 12) and bus stations, supermarkets and places to eat are in minutes walk radius; friendly staff, laggage storage free of charge before check-in and after check-out hours, good breakfest, hot drinks are available around the clock; small but comfortable room. definitly perfect value for reasonable price.

Modern, clean, comfortable. Can't speak highly enough of the hotel Moderniste. First and foremost the staff were exceptional. Polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We are a family of 5 and had a double and tripple room. The rooms are small BUT the are very well laid out, modern and certainly don't feel small. The beds are very comfortable The bathrooms and shower are again modern and a good size. The lounge area is very comfortable with complimentary coffe, tea, hot chocolate and the 'honesty' bar is a great idea. The location is great for getting around with the Convention metro station just a short walk (incidentally the convention restaurant/bar do a nice meal at very reasonable prce) Highly recommended hotel
