The apartment is very cozy and clean. We enjoyed our stay there. The location is also great for exploring Avalon old town. We stayed for one night only on our way south, but we are already planning to come back and stay longer.

The host it's very accommodating- we're arrived at night and there was no problem to get the keys at this late hour. Appartment was very clean. What's the real treat- appartment is situated in a historalical building, just in front of the cathedral, truly exceptional!
