The owner, Sarah, was very warm and welcoming. The room was beautifully decorated and spotless. The bathtub was huge, big enough for two people to comfortably lie in. Breakfasts were delicious every morning. There’s also a lovely terrace to relax on. Even though Sarah spoke French and we spoke English, communication was smooth and easy with no problems at all.

Perhaps best stay around the area. Plenty of parking space right next to the rooms. Layout and decor just like a home with complete amenities. Love it!

Situated in Carentan, 19 km from La Cambe German War Cemetery, D-Day Suites features rooms with quiet street views and free WiFi. It was very modern and comfortable, the apartment was spacious, the bed was cozy, the shower worked perfectly well. It's very close to the station, and checking in and out was very easy. I particularly liked the recommendations the hosts left for entertainment and food options. It was an overall great stay!
