Very quiet location and no traffic at all. Good for quick access to the city and major road networks. Plenty of space for private parking, leading to a separate entrance. The accommodation area itself is separated by a connecting door/corridor from the rest of the house, so one has full privacy. Spotless and well-appointed modern bathroom. The views through the full-length windows out to the lovely garden and the majestic trees were a constant and uplifting joy (nature-lovers speaking here). We envied the hosts living in such an idyllic location and with such views. The house is immaculate and renovated to a very high standard by Anne and Gilles, who were most informative and interesting hosts and who answered all our questions. It was a great pleasure to meet and chat with them. Outside the room we stayed in there is a private patio where one can sit in warm weather and enjoy the beautiful garden and surrounding trees. Great Wifi and TV in the room. In a lifetime of sleeping in different places, we haven't slept in a better bed! All in all, this BnB couldn't be better and we can't recommend it enough, both for those with children seeking a quiet space in the country and a large garden, and for 'mature antiques' like ourselves seeking tranquillity in beautiful surroundings. The house, garden, and the very friendly hosts will be a bright memory.

Le Joli’Mans, appartement refait à neuf, entièrement équipé, pour 2 personnes, proche quartier historique et centre ligger i Le Mans, 6,9 km från Le Mans Circuit och 7,3 km från Antarès, och erbjuder... We had to make a very last minute resevation however the property was already very clean and ready. We had clear instructions by the owner and could get inside easliy. The street has free parking spots which we could leave our car after check out and walk to discover the city. We enjoyed our stay and would deifnetly stay in this property if we ever go back to Le Mans.

Very nice small house, clean, comfortable and right next to the river. It has everything you need for a stay of a couple of days. You can park right next to the house. We came to see the 24 hours of Le Mans and the location is the right compromise between distance to the circuit (if you have a car, it’s 40km), price and quality. The owner is very nice and always available if you need something.

The house was excellent with all the facilities, very clean and with very good atmosphere. we spend a very good time and with the pet ( cat ) . Particularliy the owner was very good. we had a very good time.
