Cosy and clean, with everything you could possibly wish for on a weekend break. Our dog loved the garden to run around in too. The breakfast was excellent, it is a great idea to get the guests to complete a tick sheet for what they want for breakfast and the time. This avoids food wastage and the cooked food was always hot. Maybe being Scottish as I am they could maybe try haggis and Lorne sausages as a option.

We had a lovely cooked breakfast, plenty of variety & plentiful. Agnes's home was so comfortable & warm, beds very comfortable. Shower & toiletries were lovely as so were the fluffy hand towels, faceclothes & bath towels. It's situated in a very quiet area tucked away so no noise at all.
