Ashleigh House asub Carlisle'is, Askham Hallist 41 km, Thirlwalli lossist 30 km ja Broughami lossist 36 km kaugusel. It was clean and quaint, the host was lovely! Great find.

Red Dragon Inn asub Kirkby Lonsdales, 28 km kaugusel Bowlandi Trough'st. Kohapeal on baar, mittesuitsetajatele mõeldud toad ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Great breakfast, lovely evening meal and friendly staff. Room a nice size, it’s our 5th stay so must be good!

Majutusasutus Victorian House asub Grasmeres, Windermere'ist 12 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on piiratud arv parkimiskohti, mis on saadaval vastavalt saabumise järjekorrale. Staff couldn't do enough to help... Wonderful stay amazing breakfast...

The extensively-refurbished Bridge House Hotel is set in Grasmere, directly across from St Oswalds Church and the graveyard where William Wordsworth rests. We arrived early and the lady said if we came about 1pm we could have the afternoon tea and the rooms would probably be available. The hotel is immaculate and very tastefully decorated. We were also very kindly upgraded . We had dinner that evening in the sister hotel The Inn at Grassmere, very nice bar food. Weather was atrocious on way home, so we sat in the lounge in Bridge house with a drink . What I also liked about the Bridge house hotel was that it is Adult only and Dog free. Don't get me wrong I like animals but not in hotel's and while I am eating. It is very hard to find hotels these days a especially in the lake district that are dog free. Bathroom was large, lovely large fluffy towels. Great shower. Breakfast next morning was delicious and very filling. We were able to leave our car in the carpark while we did a quick walk around the village. It's definitely on my list to return and to recommend.

Your perfect lakes escape begins here, at our family-run hotel situated in the bustling village of Braithwaite. The room is clean. The breakfast is superb. The price is of great value. The restaurant offers also nice food for lunch and dinner. Dessert is a delight. The location is slightly away from the crowd but still very accessible to most attractions around. It’s definitely our choice when we’ll do a similar trip in the future.

Set in the village of Bowness, Latimer House Guest House offers 4-star accommodation with views of its surrounding gardens and of the village. The property was clean,warm and comfortable! And great location!

Highfield features great lake and mountain views and its own private car park. The beautiful rooms have en suite bathrooms and tea/coffee making facilities. Good location, very clean and delicious breakfast. Also received a complimentary upgrade

The family-run Ambleside Townhouse is situated in Ambleside, 800 metres from Lake Windermere. It offers en suite rooms and a full English breakfast in the morning. We loved our stay here!! We were very well welcomed. Beautiful warm rooms with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. Super great location.
