The room and dining room were really clean and cosy, and the best was super comfortable. We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches like the multi way plug and the additional heater (not that we needed it in the end)! We were really made to feel at home and looked after from greeting through to our dietary requirements (two vegans, one gluten intolerant). St Mary's is also in a great location for exploring York - just a short walk from the centre but in a quiet and leafy street beside the museum gardens.

The location was great! A very short walk to the beach, a small tesco a few steps away and the local bus stop right outside the property.

A traditional Yorkshire inn with oak beams and roaring log fires, the Wellington Inn is situated in the village of Darley. Perfect location to explore Yorkshire and beautiful country views right from our bedroom window. Delicious hot breakfast included in the price. All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Set on York’s Clifton Road, Burton Stone Inn offers free WiFi access and 1 guaranteed parking space per room for all guests. Everything was perfect, starting with the staff -many thanks to George😊-continuing with the room (absolutelly lovely), facilities and the perfect location of the inn in a very nice and quite area (very close to the center and at the same time to the train station). As an extra, the bar was wonderfully decorated for Christmas.
