Close to the old harbour, terrific rooms (we had one with a huge jacuzzi that my wife thoroughly enjoyed!), very clean and the owner and staff are delightful and extremely helpful. It exceeded our expectations and we were very happy staying there. The coffee machine stopped working and it was immediately replaced - fantastic customer service! Even the WiFi was excellent.

Loved how clean it was and staff also left water, watermelon and veggies from the garden which was such a nice touch. The ability to park at the private parking was a life saver.

I was initially unsure about booking since the hotel seemed a bit away from the city centre, but transport turned out to be extremely convenient. The room was spotless and everything felt well thought out. The receptionist was genuinely helpful and friendly, which made the stay even more pleasant. A nice touch was the small candies and the vending machine in the lobby. Overall, a great experience.

City Lion by Semavί offre alloggi climatizzati nel centro di Heraklion, a 2,1 km da Spiaggia di Amoudara, 1,2 km da Mura Veneziane e 600 metri da Museo Archeologico di Candia. This was the only aparthotel we stayed at in Greece, and it was by far the best booking. They provided unlimited bottled water upon request and helped us arange a taxi to the airport. The apartment was huge and had 2 floors with multiple balconies. Housekeeping actually serviced the room while we were away. We were not expecting this because it's an apartment. The rental was at such a reasonable price that we were able to do another booking in Chania because we wanted to stay overnight. It was centrally located to restaurants and the shopping areas. The apartment was also a short walk to the harbor.
