Set on a hillside, Amigdalies offers 2-bedroom apartments with views over the castle of Myrina and the Aegean Sea. The rooms were nice and clean and the people who worked there were very friendly and helpful. They let us use two washers with no charge to wash our clothes and they cleaned our rooms everyday and gave us new sheets and towels every day. There was a really nice bottle of white wine from Limnos in our room and some delicious pasteli from Limnos waiting for us when we arrived. We had a beautiful view of the water and Mt Athos at sunset. The verandas were really nice - great place to sip the Limnotiko wine and watch the sunset. Limnos is a beautiful island with tasty wines and food, interesting ancient and historical sites, incredible beaches, and most of all warm welcoming people. A true gem.

We liked the breakfast brought up to our room each morning. When we said we would like the yogurt each day we received it, in addition to home grown fruits, bread that we could toast, jams, etc. The location is perfect. We will return, hopefully, this fall. It was wonderful!

Wonderful gem hotel in the middle of Lemnos island. Everything is in convenient driving distance. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and had lots of choices. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and can recommend the hotel to everybody who values smaller and authentic hotels! A gem of 5 stars quality absolutely!!!!
