We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Cycladic Suites and Spa and would definitely give it a 10. The manager, Henna, was exceptionally polite, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and truly made our stay special. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The steam room exceeded our expectations, and the heated pool was a real highlight—we could even swim comfortably in December, which was amazing. Breakfast was tasty, fresh, and varied, with plenty of options to enjoy each morning. Everything about this place reflects care, quality, and excellent hospitality. We highly recommend it and would happily stay again.

Our room was upgraded to a suite upon arrival without is having to ask, which was greatly appreciated. The room felt new and fresh and the cleaning each day was amazing - everything was re-stocked consistently including pool towels which was perfect. The pools were very clean and well maintained and having the option of two adult pools was a bonus.

Arriving there and being met by this amazingly friendly receptionista was a good welcome and the room was big, clean, and very nice with a view of the pool. The pool itself also was amazing to enjoy after a long day of walking. I am very happy with my stay there and if I would ever visit Santorini again, I will definitely come back to this hotel. It features a free-form pool and a fitness centre.... The hotel is absolutely amazing. The location is perfect, really easy to reach Fira where you can choose restaurants, bars, and also the bus station. One of the most beautiful place where you can see the sunset is just right in front of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is very great with a lot of options. We got a room with a sea view, it was incredible.
