Perfectly clean, wonderful service (around the clock), the owners are fantastic. The view is astonishing and the Jacuzzi on the balcony, along with the seaview, makes u feel like staying there for all your life. Amenities in the room were great, anything u need to have. Breakfast was nice, rich and tasty. Thank you guys, for the wonderful hospitality and experience. See you again!

The location is excellent — close to the city center, both the new and old ports, and within walking distance of the bus station for the beaches and supermarkets. The room is the right size for two people, and the bed is very comfortable. The kitchenette includes the basic utensils needed to prepare your own breakfast (no frying pan or microwave). There’s also a nearby coffee shop that sells amazing spinach pies — a perfect addition to your morning meal. Air-conditioning is available, though we didn’t need to use it. Each unit has a terrace with chairs and a table (all are on the ground floor), ideal if you enjoy watching — and being watched by — people passing by (we didn't use it either).

We've been Skiathos before so this was in a perfect location for us near Skiathos town & local bus service. Modern rooms with comfortable bed. Hi-light for me was a Nespresso coffee machine in the room...waking up to a lovely coffee, perfect. Also breakfast basket of goodies & water. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard everyday. Owners were lovely & always helpful. Definitely will be returning.

Excellent accommodation in nice and quiet location. If you prefer not to be in the centre of the town. Nice views to aircraft landings. Pool was also nice. The hotel is absolutely beautiful! They let us check in early, so we had time to rest after our travels and explore Skiathos. The rooms are clean, minibar is gratis, and our host Giannis was at our disposal at any time - for early check in, for the gym, beach towels, parking spot, and anything else we needed 😁 We trusted their recommendations for restaurants and beaches and had a wonderful experience! Would give 20/10 if possible!

Sparkling clean, near to the city centre (10 minute walk), bus stop no 3 a few minutes away from the house, all necessary for a quick meal and exceptional host! The property has an amazing view... Yes you have to drive up to get there but it is not complicated. It is a beautiful resort; Well thought out and Luca, the resort manager, is always close and very communicative. I would highly recommend this resort.
