We visited in October during the weekend. We were updated for free to the sea room view as a group which we really appreciated. We (couple + toddler) stayed in one of the new ground floor suites - it was lovely and quiet and had stunning sea views. It felt like we had our own villa. The location was ideal with such a short walk down to the beach and various great restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out their way to make sure we had a great holiday. The location is excellent — close to the city center, both the new and old ports, and within walking distance of the bus station for the beaches and supermarkets. The room is the right size for two people, and the bed is very comfortable. The kitchenette includes the basic utensils needed to prepare your own breakfast (no frying pan or microwave). There’s also a nearby coffee shop that sells amazing spinach pies — a perfect addition to your morning meal. Air-conditioning is available, though we didn’t need to use it. Each unit has a terrace with chairs and a table (all are on the ground floor), ideal if you enjoy watching — and being watched by — people passing by (we didn't use it either).

We've been Skiathos before so this was in a perfect location for us near Skiathos town & local bus service. Modern rooms with comfortable bed. Hi-light for me was a Nespresso coffee machine in the room...waking up to a lovely coffee, perfect. Also breakfast basket of goodies & water. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard everyday. Owners were lovely & always helpful. Definitely will be returning.
