The place is literally on the river, I spent every morning half an hour sitting on the porch looking at the birds. We booked a tour at the place, going along the river, to Playa Blanca, and Livingstone, which was not too expensive and very nice. The food was good as well.

Casa Caribe Hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a private beach area and shared lounge in Rio Dulce. I have no words to describe the entire experience I had at this place. Simply wonderful. The staff service is amazing—very kind, very honest, and they do everything they can to accommodate your needs. They strive to do their best for the guests. From the kitchen staff to the waiters, bartenders, and boat captains, the service is excellent. I give it a 100 rating, and very, recommend it to anyone in the world who wants to escape their daily routine and feel like royalty. Go to CASA CARIBE HOTEL. We are thinking about returning. It's truly beautiful....My baby lovely husband and our baby love it as a family we love this place....Thank you to all......Milton, Wilton, Maria....

It was in walking distance of the ferry but off the road so you didn't hear the traffic. The host was lovely and we very much enjoyed the breakfast in the morning.

It’s located away from the main building, so peaceful, and the bed was super comfy + Expected tonnes of mosquitos, but actually it wasn’t too bad at all, just bring repellent

Lovely lodge in the jungle. Suggestive location with rooms in the canals with crocodiles (don’t worry they wont eat you!). Rooms were perfect for being a lodge. A couple of nice activities are available such as a walk in the jungle and kayak in the lake. Most pleasant surprise was the food… simply extraordinary for a low price compared to Europe, and I’m quite picky usually as Italian.

We booked this hotel as we were driving to our destination. I called and asked if they would let us check in at midnight and they were happy to have us. When we arrived, they greeted us, showed us to our room, and said we could deal with the paperwork in the morning. When we woke up in the morning, I was astounded by their beautiful location, tranquility around the river, and excellent restaurant. The paperwork was fast and we had a delicious meal before continuing on our journey.I wish we had more time to enjoy their pool and riverfront views.
