The staff service is amazing—very kind, very honest, and they do everything they can to accommodate your needs. They strive to do their best for the guests. From the kitchen staff to the waiters, bartenders, and boat captains, the service is excellent. I give it a 100 rating, and very, recommend it to anyone in the world who wants to escape their daily routine and feel like royalty. Go to CASA CARIBE HOTEL. We are thinking about returning. We were so tired from our trip from Mexico city and went straight to Rio dulce it was easy for us to fall a sleep Also pick up (collectivo/public boat) from the hotel to Livingstone and other river lodges

Great if you want to experience somewhere peaceful and quiet. Can only be reached by boat. The hotel provides complimentary boat transfer upon check-in and check-out. Staff was fantastic, especially Ronaldo. He was able to speak English and helped me arrange a boat tour as well as a shuttle to my next destination.

Among the various facilities of this property are a shared lounge, a garden and barbecue facilities.... Lovely pool. Helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful place. Food and cocktails very good though quite expensive.
