This property is a wonderful oasis on the lake. The pool area is beautiful and the photos on the website do not do it any justice. We loved our room with the view of the volcanos and the balcony. The food was good as were the cocktails. Most of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We loved the boat trip that we did to other villages on the lake shore.

We had a larger room with a terrace which was great since I was ill for some days and I was able to sit and listen to the birds with delightful view of the gardens and the lake The dining room serves great food. Breakfast included wonderful. Very short tuk tuk ride into the town. Restaurant staff were beyond helpful and kind

He connected us with his cousin who gave us a great rate for the drive from Guatemala City straight to the property. There’s amazing street vendors for food literally every street you walk down, it’s right by the Mirador, a 5 minute walk to all the best parts of the city and 10 minutes walking to the lake. The view from the roof is beautiful. The property itself was really clean and spacious, and the beds were super comfy. I honestly can’t say enough. We loved our stay here.

In short this was a serene place to stay. Just a few minutes from the boat ( without climbing the hill) you enter this quiet spot with a beautiful view of the water. With shared bathrooms, a kitchen, sauna, gym space and many viewing areas of the water. The owners are so helpful with any questions you have. I would stay again next time in San Juan. Highly recommend the glass cube to have incredible views of the sunrise straight from your bed.
