The staff was simply AMAZING starting with Jacinta at the reception that makes you welcome, to Santhy who took great care of all our meals and Debby the Manager that constantly ensured that all our needs were met. I TOTALLY recommend ONAYA coming from me who is constantly travelling the world and stayed at many different locations. This one is not to be missed if you go to southern Bali. The staff were extremely kind and friendly and went above and beyond to help with our transportation. Would highly recommend.
