They are all very kind and polite and are genuinely and sincerely helpful. I’d like to mention the servers and the manager in the restaurant who have been very attentive to the guests all the time. I wish I can name them all but I hope that all of them are recognized and awarded for the great service they are providing to the guest. If there is one reason I would stay in this hotel again, it will be the staff! Keep up the good work! Stay safe and I hope to see you all again when we visit Jakarta!

The appartment is clean and cozy. Communication with Jess is easy by whatsapp. It's close to the airport which is handy since I had just a layover. The bed is super comfy, kitchen is well equiped. I could go on and on. The lovely view from Level 12 perfectly complemented my stay. Thank you Mariam.

The breakfast was exceptional and the staff was extraordinary. the chefs and the servers and everyone was like a family in just few hours. it was truly home away from home and everyone was genuine and superb. room was extraordinary and facilities. i left my heart there and miss every moment. i really wish i can go there again and each time ill choose this hotel. their Saturday brunch was also amazing. Room service was quick and food was great. loved every moment.
