He is very knowledgeable and is thoughtful about his answers and where he takes you. Food was plentiful and we were greeted every afternoon with a delicious fruit drink. Everyone was so very nice. The bed was comfortable too. 😊

Santai Toraja is located in Rantepao. Featuring a garden, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. A beautiful hotel, modern and clean. Excellent and lovely staff. Always kind and attentive. Great menu card and I must say, even when the restaurant was full it never took more than 20 minutes to get lunch or dinner served and it was all the time best quality. I also love the coffee selection, everything is available. Best hotel in entire Rantepao, no doubts.

Riko, the owner of this great homestay, is the perfect host. He went out of his way to ensure we had the perfect stay - the place is spotlessly clean and the food is delicious and includes produce from his own garden . We also went on a day tour that Riko conducted in the surrounding Minahasa Highlands which was well worth it. The bedrooms and shared bathroom are basic but have everything one needs. The views from the balcony are stunning. Peaceful and great value for money. Highly recommended!

FRANGKY HOMESTAY is set in Manado and offers a garden and a shared lounge. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The location. Frangky, his wife and Eda made the stay comfortable. The food was excellent (I really miss the fish) and everyone was very kind. There is usually chicken or fish but you can request vegetarian/vegan options. The beds were comfortable and the mosquito nets worked well (though I didn't notice many mosquitos). The location is excellent as snorkeling by the nearby beaches is great. You can see turtles basically every time you go. The nights are quiet and you can sleep with just a fan. If you need AC that is available as well. Frangky also offers trips and the dolphin trip was a good choice.

Set 25 km from Bantimurung Bulusaraung National Park, 12 km from Kampoeng Karst Rammang Rammang and 25 km from Bantimurung Waterfall, RAMMANG-RAMMANG HOUSE offers accommodation located in Maros. The room is basic, but the bed is very comfortable and the family we stayed with is so lovely, that we rate this as one of the best stays we had during our trip in Indonesia. Just sitting on the terrace and watching the villagers is a very nice experience. I would definitely recommend this stay to anybody who wants to taste the local life for a few nights.
