I can see why this place was so highly rated. From start to finish our stay here was perfect. The family are so welcoming and kind. They go above and beyond to help with everything, from booking excursions, cars to helping do laundry. Breakfast was super tasty and it came with a different fresh fruit juice every day. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, the rooms were perfect for the stay.

The room was very clean, This is a beautiful place to stay. We stay here, and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. They also provide both cold and hot water to prepare coffee and tea. However, the highlight was the family running it! They are incredibly kind and welcoming, always doing their best to make sure we were happy. We became really good friends and will always keep them in our hearts. The breakfast and coffee was very nice and very cheap you don't need to go out. Thanks very Much.

Our stay with the jungle guide team in Bukit Lawang was truly a highlight of our trip to Sumatra! From start to finish, everything about the experience was seamless and unforgettable. We booked everything directly with them, and it couldn’t have been easier. Yussuf, the very nice driver, picked us up from the airport and drove us to the accommodation, making the start of our adventure stress-free. Upon arrival, the entire team welcomed us warmly, and we felt comfortable right away. The location of the accommodation was absolutely incredible—nestled in the middle of the green and above a waterfall, it was the perfect escape into nature. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was always full of good vibes and laughter. We also booked the jungle trek with them, and it was beyond amazing. Our guide, Wahyu, was exceptional! He shared so much knowledge about the jungle, gave us all the time we needed to soak it all in, and made the trek unforgettable. Thanks to him, we saw 9 orangutans and had some truly magical moments in the wild. The entire team was so lovely and fun to be around—they really made our stay special. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend everyone to stay here and book the jungle tour with them. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

What a great sanctuary of a place and wonderful people! Nia, the Manager did all she could to welcome us and even stayed up late when we had unavoidable delays making us arrive well past check in. But the whole team are fantastic being attentive and responsive to our needs and requests with smiles at the ready. The inclusion of your choice of breakfast is fantastic and it was the nicest breakfast and cleanest accommodation we had in our month on Sumatra We stayed for 5 nights but would have happily stayed longer. We had to move one night as they were full and stayed at Carolina Cottages but couldn’t wait to get back to a much more welcoming and flexible vibe at Hub Tata If you want peaceful lakeside spot and a lovely vibe with helpful good people and a delicious breakfast this is your place! This is truly a hidden gem in west Sumatra. The place exceeds all expectations as it is brand new, very modern and carefully cleaned every day. The breakfast offered by the host is very complete and flexible. And apart from all that, the host is an amazing person and will help you out with pretty much anything you might need with your trip to West Sumatra and Indonesia in general.

It was a really pleasant stay!! We stayed here 2 nights before our jungle trek and 1 after as we really liked it. You have your own private terras with an amazing river view! The room was very clean and even has a ventilator so you can have a chill breeze when sleeping. The staff is extremely nice and they will do everything to serve you. They have just built a new terras that will open soon and serves cold drinks but even now they will jump on the motorcycle and fetch whatever u want. The breakfast is included and banana pancakes are always a good idea. It is not in the city centre but with a little hike of 10 minutes you are already there and in return you have a really beautiful view and only the sound of nature. In resumé, i really recommend this place if you are looking for something in Bukit Lawang.

The stay was perfect. The room was very comfortable and the location was excellent. The breakfast was great and the people were so helpful and friendly. Very well organized, Dedy Cool letting us know in advance the distance from the airport and helping with getting to the hotel. We did the one day tour and it was provided by fantastic tour guides who were extremely knowledgeable about the rainforest and Orangutangs. We would highly recommend.

I had an amazing time at this guesthouse. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and the location is stunning. The rooms have everything you need and the balcony offers a beautiful view over the river. The food was also delicious, every meal was a treat. The highlight of the stay was the jungle trek with their son Nabil and others. We were so well taken care of throughout the trek. Truly unforgettable days, highly recommended!
