The property had parking and was safe, we even left our bags for 3 days whilst we went on a road trip after The room was was clean, spacious, comfy bed, curtains and even had hot water Excellent value for money

PROS: - very clean and spacious rooms for 4 adults - the bathroom is huge and clean - the rooms are quite new - very good location, only 10 minutes to Ambarita ferry terminal, Huta Siallagan, traditional market and eatery. - spacious car parking - large garden and gazebo inside the cottage location, good for relaxing and bbq spot - access directly to the lake - staffs are friendly and let us check in early before 11 am

We very like this homestay where we stayed 4nights. Easy to communicate in English with Feby, our super host who helped us in many ways : sim card, atm, taxi driver, laundry,... The guesthouse is very nice with garden, secure parking, a lot of place for kids can play, ... kitchen, fridge, air con, laudry available. The room was confortable with big bed and the pillow and bed sheets were so soft and confortable. All is perfect. We will come back again!

This hotel is on great location. It closed to many restaurants. Aside from that, they also have quite spacious car parking area. Our room was clean and cozy, but the veranda has many fallen leaves (no problem). Great morning view. They have their own private pier for those who left their vehicle at Parapat. Also, when high tide, you will have private pool which connect to Lake Toba. The breakfast is also considered good. And they also give you free basic amenities.

You can walk to the nearby shopping mall through the underground parking lot. It helps a lot when outside is raining heavily
