We have really enjoyed our stay here! The staff are fantastic, super friendly and really care about you. They explain everything in detail, give you great accommodation and answer any questions you may have. They also explain alternatives for budget travellers, such as local bus routes. They also explained the route to the volcano without a guide very well, even though they provide a guiding service themselves.

Providing quiet street views, M2 Homestay Berastagi in Berastagi provides accommodation and a garden. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. We're very grateful for the kinds of the owner, the staff also very helpful. They told us everything about what to do there. Tho room was spacious, clean and comfortable.The homestay offered a very pleasant stay at a convenient location. You also can rent a scooter there. Sure we'll recommended.

JungleGuide - Aia ja ühise puhkeruumiga Lodges & Restaurant asub Bukit Lawangis. Toateenindusega majutusasutuses on ka veepark. Short walk from the village but staying literally inside the jungle. Really great staff, friendly, clean facilities, clean room. Good breakfast.

Our stay at Rambai Tree lodges was magical. Tia was incredibly helpful and the people in general who work for Rambai and within Bukit Lawang are so so lovely. She helped sort us out with a guide to go and see the Oragutans and we managed to see 8 of them in one day. The guides are knowledgeable, interesting and passionate giving a wonderful overall experience. The food was exceptional and Tia is a phenomenal cook, always providing us with delicious fresh fruit afterwards. The location was exceptional, right on the edge of the National Park and with the roaring sound of the river outside, it was big, clean and comfortable. When we arrived we were greeted by Thomas Leaf monkeys on our porch, it was truly magical and I would recommend this place in a heart beat.

We’re so happy we had the chance to meet Sarka and Putra—such great people. They’re doing an amazing job with their beautiful resort, and it really shows. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back someday!

LOBLUS (Low Budget Luxury Stay) asub Padangis, Siti Nurbaya sillast 10 km ja Talangi mäest 47 km kaugusel. Tubades on konditsioneer ja privaatne vannituba. Absolutely perfect stay at Mila Homestay! Everything was spotless — super clean room, a big comfortable bed, hot shower, and great AC. The breakfast (made by Michaël) was delicious — and even served with a smile if you oversleep by more than an hour 😄 But the real highlight was the hosts, Dila and Michaël. They are truly the best hosts you could wish for — incredibly kind, helpful, and genuine. They helped us with everything: transportation, tickets, and local tips. Dila took us to the city and market several times and always managed to get us amazing deals. We feel so lucky to have met them — not just as hosts, but now as friends. ❤️ We can’t recommend Mila Homestay enough!✨️🔝

I very much enjoyed my stay here. I spent 2 nights before my jungle trek and 1 night after. I booked the 2 day/1 night jungle trek with them as well. I actually think that is the only way you can stay at their guesthouse, so they ensure that their trekking clients have accommodation. Communication with the manager, Dedycool was faultless, from the time i made my initial inquiry to when the driver picked me up at the airport. The room was spotless, the bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable I've had in 5 months of travel, and the AC did the job. The staff could not have been more welcoming, both upon arrival and every time I came for a meal or returned from an outing. The location outside of the village ensured a peaceful nights sleep. I enjoyed the 30 minute walk to the center, allowing me to see people going about their daily lives. The jungle trek was phenomenal in every way. Both guides, Edwin and Janet, were professional and got excited when we saw orangutans (we saw 7). The food both at the guesthouse and on the trek was very tasty. The trekking was challenging but not overly so. It was fun scrambling up hillsides using vines and roots as foot and hand holds. The camping was much more comfortable than I expected. The camping mats were thick, and the lightweight sleeping bag was just right for the temperature. The rafting back to the village was super fun and a great way to end the 2 days in the jungle. I'm very pleased with my decision to book through Sumatra Orangutans Treks.

Air Manise rand on 1,2 km kaugusel. 8 minuti kaugusel on The view padang, Amazing view, Food, drink, sleep, transport. Mentawai kiirparvlaev on hiljuti renoveeritud majutusasutus, mis asub Padangis. Amazing host, comfortable beds and the hospitality they provided just simply amazing. We will come back for sure!

JUNGLE Life - Külalismaja - Matka- ja transpordiga Only Book With Us asub Bukit Lawangis. Kohapeal on vaatega bassein ja jõevaated. Property was clean and overlooked the river view. My stay was excellent, and I also booked the jungle trek with them. It was absolutely amazing, and it was their own business. So it was a small group. Ricky and Anto were great with taking care of us. You should really try this activity! It’s very very worth it, and rest assured you are in good hands.
