Sokha and Kevin are truly super hosts. Port Aran House is one of the island jewels for sure. The help-yourself breakfast is amazing . It’s close to town and a nearby good restaurant. We came on the afternoon ferry and immediately rented a couple of bikes for the afternoon from Aran Bike Hire who took our bags to PAH. Kevin arranged for us with luggage to get to the ferry. A magical visit.

Rooms are nice and quiet comfortable. Fish at the restaurant was good and the pour a great pint of Guiness. Location is great to see the Black Fort and it’s only a short walk to the port. Minibus tours can be booked at reception and you’ll be picked up at the hotel.
