We had a very nice. stay ; We received upgraded room ; were satisfied with the service, the basic facilities., the approach of the personnel. , the pleasant environment. Breakfast was varied and tasty, Would definitely recommend this hotel for a fairly affordable and rewarding vacation.

The modern and stylish 5-star Nevo by Isrotel Collection and Spa is located right on the shores of the Dead Sea. The hotel offers luxurious health and spa facilities. There was very friendly and warm atmosphere in hotel. Tony at the reception was very helpful and professional during check in and check out. Same impression of Elena and Dolma from the lounge. Facilities are great, but the staff have made our staying really great.

We missed the opening times of the beach restaurants but got prompt excellent food delivery from Jericho, even during Ramadan.

Here you don’t feel like a guest, but rather like you’re staying with good friends. We felt right at home straight away — even though we were at the lowest point on earth (−400 m below sea level!). The room was clean, nicely furnished, and wonderfully cool (which is no unnecessary luxury in the Dead Sea region). The location is perfect too: peaceful, with stunning views of the mountains and just a short drive from the Dead Sea. In short: an absolute must if you’re in the area. We will definitely be back! We loved it and highly recommend this place for both couples and families.
