Absolutely EVERYTHING went SUPER WELL. Location, room and breakfast were excellent. Aya, the young woman, manager at the restaurant is a GEM, she made breakfast time a fantastic experience beyond the food. The owner of the hotel was very personable, kind, wonderful! He responded immediately to our requests and questions. We felt very cared for. It was a pleasure to stay at Jerusalem Hotel.

The views and facilities are excellent. The room was modern, new, clean and well designed. We had a balcony with an amazing view and the grounds of the hotel are beautiful too. The breakfast on the Saturday was incredible. Probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had. (The weekday breakfast was not quite as spectacular, but still really really good. Location was great, about 20 mins drive from the old city of Jerusalem.

The building itself is top-notch, with excellent amenities and a secure, welcoming atmosphere. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Jerusalem, with easy access to everything. The views from the apartment were absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
