We were treated as family and were guided so wonderfully to all the sacred and divine places in and around Ujjain. The sattvic food provided to us was of excellent quality. There are 2 ancient temples in the premises which makes the place extremely serene, tranquil and peaceful. The location of the guest house is the prime highlight of the property as all the main temples are easily accessible. The auto services provided were exceptional. They guided us to complete our darshan yatra effectively.

You get the feeling of staying at a Palace but with modern facilities. House keeping very friendly. Owner very helpful. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. Diner was nice. Special note: We had to leave early and the manager was kind to get us some breakfast packed but the owner went out of the way to ensure that we did not just get packed breakfast for us/kids but a 3 meal course !! Thanks a lot

Overall, this rustic property is very extensive. The room I stayed in was located in the front entry way directly across from Ilmi and Abaas. However, just beyond the entryway, lies a small courtyard. The family uses the space for laundry, fruit trees, bicycles, and other storage. Once you are on the other side of the compound, you gain access to large rooftops that give you a view of the local temples.

Had a great 3 day stay here. Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved the old world atmosphere. You can have breakfast or dinner on the roof. In-house dinner a great option

It's even more magical than the photos. The beds were comfy, the entire room is beautiful. We especially enjoyed their breakfast buffet. I would recommend staying for a minimum of 3 nights because 2 was not enough. However, we were done with Gwalior in 1 day.
