Our stay at the Fairmont was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we were treated with outstanding warmth and professionalism. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The food was simply spectacular—every meal exceeded our expectations. Most importantly, the staff made our stay truly unforgettable. Every single employee was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had the best possible experience. They are a perfect 10! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mumbai. We will definitely be coming back, and next time we’ll be bringing our kids with us. We can’t wait to return!
