Situated in Amritsar, 14 km from Golden Temple, Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Raja Sansi, Amritsar features accommodation with restaurants, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness... Everything about this hotel is exceptional! To begin with, the location is fantastic: it’s away from the hustle and bustle of crowded streets but conveniently close to the airport. The ambience is among the finest I’ve experienced—easily in my top three. And trust me, I’ve traveled extensively. The interiors are stunning, and we enjoyed a peaceful walk through their beautifully maintained green garden after breakfast. The staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist. As for the food, dinner was delightful. If you enjoy desserts, don’t miss the Moong Dal Halwa—it’s absolutely delicious! The room was spacious, though it could have been a bit cleaner (not a major issue). Its unique design stood out, particularly the closed closet area and the cozy sitting spot by the window, which offers a lovely view of the garden. Another highlight is their 24/7 room service, which adds great convenience to the stay. I could go on and on about how incredibly relaxing my stay was, but words won't do it justice—go experience it for yourself!! 🤗

Staff was *so* wonderfully nice. The location was perfect (on a small quiet side street but also very close to the Golden Temple), the beds were comfortable, and the terrace was perfect. Most importantly, and I can't say enough just how wonderful the staff and owner are. I've been to Amritsar many times, and this was the best place I've stayed. Even the Wagah border price was good/fair without having to haggle at all.
