A lovely guest house in an ideal location for visiting the Golden Temple, comfortable with great facilities. Housed in one of Amritsar's oldest mansions, Ranjit's Svaasa, a 200 year old Heritage Boutique Haveli is a luxurious spa retreat located just off Mall Road. Excellent! Although travelling alone, I felt 100% safe here. My room was clean, large and ‘palatial’ for a guest house. Hans the driver picked me up from the airport in the middle of the night, took me to Wagah Border and was a taxi when I went into the centre - 100% reliable and he looked after me. Thank you!

Located in Amritsar, 3.1 km from Golden Temple, Four Points by Sheraton Amritsar, Mall Road offers air-conditioned rooms and a bar. The breakfast bar was amazing. I enjoyed it every morning. My room was COLD. I could never get the temp right but it was nice, clean and othewise comfortable. I know many places in India don't have heat in the winter so I was expecting this.
