Good food (we had a la carte) and great staff at reception and restaurants. Especially Sayand was very friendly! We also really enjoyed the complimentary nature walk and the different activities (table tennis, board games, etc.). They also helped us organise transport and other activities around the area.

The on-site nature walk and nearby waterfall were also lovely touches that gave the stay a unique, immersive experience.

The resort is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and offers stunning views of Chembra Peak and the surrounding hills. Manager Vineeth and his team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Despite arriving at 5:30 a.m., Mr. Vineeth promptly responded to our call and kindly arranged an early check-in for a small additional fee. The self-service buffet breakfast was delicious, and while the canteen food was simple, it was consistently tasty. Overall, it was an excellent and serene experience. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Wayanad.

Cleanliness, humble yet professional staffs who are highly helpful and surprisingly the view with lush greenery hills plus the property being surrounded with so many plants and trees and greenery, yet couldn’t find any bugs or insects whatsoever, which made my stay very relaxed and refreshing and peaceful.
