The breakfast was good and close to the yurtel. Very good if you look for nature and some good chance to see the northern lights.

The beds were extremely comfy and the room was beautiful + warm!! The staff were super friendly, especially the nice woman working the night shift, she shared great insight on how to view the northern lights. Walking distance from Geysir and we was the beautiful aurora there! I just rebooked because we had to come back before going home!!

The place is beautiful, very cozy, with a lot of charm & beautiful views in the room as well as the whole house. The common kitchen is super nice, well equipped, and a good place to talk with Anna. Breakfast was wonderful. And, there is a hot tub for guests.

This family-run property is 400 metres off Route 1 and 15 km from Selfoss. It offers free Wi-Fi and a terrace. Homemade bread, jam and pastries are served for breakfast. Everything was very pleasant and cozy. Every detail was well thought out. The night’s sleep was very comfortable. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. What could be better than feeling at home 🙂 🫶🏼
