It was in a quiet area but only 100mtr walk to bus stop and the walk into anacapri was pretty easy. Veranda area for each room made it feel very spacious and pool area was a great spot after hot days of sightseeing. Having pool was excellent option to have. Breakfasts were exceptional- amazing home cooked food and so much of it. Valentina provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and tips for getting around. I was worried location was too far away but turned out to be an excellent pick. We paid for the taxi to and from the port which added €40-45 per trip but distance and small buses made this good option for us with bigger bags.

It’s a nice house with a small yard and table outside where you can enjoy your drinks. There are mosquitos so do take repellents with you. We spend 2 nights here and enjoyed our stay. Rosalia was a very welcoming host, she greeted us with some nice sweets and the fridge was stocked with water, milk, juice, Prosecco and lots of oranges which were used for our daily fresh juice. There were also bread, croissants and snacks which were enjoyed by my teens. The breakfast consists of these items. The apartment is nicely equipped and taken great care of and we found it comfortable. There was a washing machine which was useful. Rosalia was really nice and let us leave our bags after checkout time and told us about a nearby beach where we spent our last day and it was beautiful. There is a bus stop nearby and if you don’t rent a scooter you will be dependent on the small buses going to Capri and the rest of the island. There are some steps to reach the bus stop or if you want to walk to nearby restaurants.

We liked the very friendly approach of the owner. He accommodated us when we arrived early, which was great. Electronic communication with him was at a good level. When we needed something, the owner tried to help us. We had breakfast on a pleasant terrace. I really liked the environment full of flowers.

The design of the room was amazing! Very modern and classy. They thought about every detail. The jacuzzi on the sea view terrace was incredible. Inthronisiert room was perfectly clean . The drinks in the fridge are included. The host are helpful and very kind. They have two rooms- one with jacuzzi the other one without. On the terrace we’re two comfortable sunlounger and an umbrella. I loved also the insect door to the terrace which is great to avoid mosquitoes in the room but still get fresh air. The premises is a short walk-10 minutes- to Newtown Capri where you find a lot of restaurants, cafes and luxury brands. I will definitely try to come back !
