The host is very helpful and responsive. I got lost on the first day trying to find Vista Mare. I sent a message and they came and got me on a scooter within minutes.

We loved everything about Villa Novanta - its size, the beautiful outdoors, Gennaro's wonderful attitude and willingness to accommodate all requests, with a smile. The Villa's location was a great gateway to our Sortento-Capri-Positano-Amalfi vacation.

The location is very convenient for dropping your luggage before exploring the island. Capri town is a quick half hour walk up or you can take the funicular. There are many shops and restaurants in the area and the boats go right outside.

I stayed in the "one bedroom apartment", which is a free-standing structure in the garden ~12 ft from the breakfast area. It was very cozy, and I enjoyed the degree of privacy it offered - I was on vacation to get some time to myself, so that was much appreciated. Since I was here in winter, I'll note that the heater did a great job with keeping me warm; its one of those combo heater/air conditioner, and allowed for the temperature to be adjusted. Kitchen in the apartment has a stove which has both gas burners and an electric one; I used the gas, which is not self-lighting, but there was a good lighter on hand and the burner lit promptly each time. There is a teakettle for use on the stovetop; more generally, the kitchen has plenty of things like eating utensils and cooking implements, it is entirely possible to make your own meals in here. Bedroom was plenty comfortable; in particular, the bed was great, easily nicest mattress I've encountered in a hotel in a long while. Bedroom window has lace curtains but no shade that can be pulled down; I simply closed the wooden shutters, though I suppose some may not like that as one must lean out the window a bit or go outside to shut them or open them. A couple of nights the wind and rain was extremely vicious, so I did close the shutters and it made a difference in terms of noise. Have got to mention Theresa and Ivan, the owners. I got in after 8 p.m. and Ivan was there to meet me with keys despite the late hour. Theresa told me the places she recommended I go and drew it all out on a map, along with some restaurant suggestions (huge help given how many places were shut). Bad weather canceled my ferry, so I extended my stay at last moment and they were more than accommodating as I was figuring out what I was going to do. Ivan also offered that if the ferry service didn't refund my canceled ticket, he'd argue them into it, which I appreciated (though ferry refunded me no problem).

The property felt very safe and quiet. It is easily accessible and luckily close by the ferries. The location was perfect, close to the beach and bus stop. The host was extremely welcoming. Their English is fluent and they helped us with luggage deposit so that we could stay longer at Capri before leaving. Definitely recommended!

I have been there at first of May. the staff was so grate, so helpful and kind. Villa was so beautiful with all you could have need. the rooms was small but comfortable enough. Villa has a grate location not far from center not even far from the beach or main port.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay on the island! The location couldn't have been better - with easy access to the shop, main street, and bus station. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to extend our stay a few extra hours after check-out. Breakfast was a delight, with hot croissants and delicious coffee. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to whip up our own meals. Plus, the daily cleaning service and dishwashing made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we felt truly pampered and relaxed during our time here. It's definitely a place we'd love to return to - exceptional experience for a great price!

From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were visiting old friends rather than staying at a hotel. The staff greeted us with genuine warmth, always smiling and going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The location made it easy to enjoy the beauty of Capri, and for such a stunning place, the price was more than fair. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back! Such a cute apartment, so spacious and such a cute terrace. Angela was an amazing host and super helpful! She had amazing recommendations for Capri and we throughly enjoyed our stay here! Would highly recommend. Also so handy to have a washing machine available so I can get some washing done! Thanks again

Clean, Nice and very cosy. Good beads and kitchen area. Toilet eaven have a pidee shower. Greate plase to stay.

Mario and Luca were very nice. The location is truely near the station, which is convenient for short stay in Capri. Their service of bringing us from the pier to the house was brilliant, which the good hospitality from them gave a good kickoff of our stay. Their house design matches well with the pictures on the app, which we found much precious memories watching at the sunsets in the house. You can truly find tranquility and peace from the design, hospitality and atmosphere. Highly recommend people to book their accommodation. Definitely going back to their accommodation again if I visit Capri in the future!
