Amazing view from the balcony. Great breakfasts. Comfortable rooms. Cleaning ladies did good job every day. Very polite staff - at the desk, in the bar and breakfast lounge.

The service was excellent especially Angello who when I went to reception he remembered my name and room number. Very impressive considering the size of hotel. Young man in the garage parking cars was also very impressive, excellent demeanour. I think Antonio was he name. They had the most important elements perfect, spotless clean, rain shower and comfy bed and lined

The location was fantastic, in the heart of the port town of Ischia. From the airport it was a 25 minute taxi drive and then a 50 minute fast ferry ride and another 10 minute taxi drive. Our room was perfectly acceptable with a safe, small fridge and a balcony, obviously also ensuite

Convenient location close to the railway station. While in a busy area the room was large, comfortable and quiet. Selected as we are joining a tour also staying at the hotel the next day. Booked a superior room that we really enjoyed.

I was warmly greeting in my home language, English, at the desk and told that I had an upgraded room. A pleasant surprise. The rooftop eating area was a very pleasant place to be in the early evening. The food was delicious and the service with provided with a smile and simple words.

Perfect location if you are attending an event at arena flegrea, mostra d’oltremare or Maradona stadium. The historic center is 30 min away by metro, that is close by. If you travel by car is perfect to have parking lot. Breakfast was amazing and the staff very friendly.

Exceptional staff that goes above and beyond. Special thanks to franchisca who was not only helpful and kind but also took the time to direct us to wherever we wanted to go. Julia in the restaurant was amazing and also the male receptionist who was very helpful as well. The room was stunning with close attention to the very small detail. Will definitely visit again!

The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff is very kind and helpful. The location is outstanding, you can reach everything by metro, train, bus or even by foot! I've read some ppl complain about the area and yes it is not clean at all (and not dangerous, we walked around even by night) but sadly all Napoli is kinda same so if you can't handle it then do not come to Napoli at all - you will miss a lot then! 😋 The breakfast is delicious, you can choose from many hot and cold food, fruits and cakes also. We are both very happy that we chose this hotel for our stay!

Great location, good breakfast, shower and basically all the place was clean. Staff is very helpful and kind. Nice kitchen and bar in the evening. Easy communication and instant replies from the staff. Also big up for Gilberto for renting scooters right at the hostel!

I stayed at your hotel with two friends and we had a really pleasant stay. The hotel is centrally located, which was very convenient. Upon departure, we found out that our flight had been cancelled, but Mr. Francesco remained incredibly calm and helpful. He truly thought along with us and immediately came up with possible solutions — which was very reassuring. The beds were comfortable and every member of the staff was extremely friendly and kind. We really felt welcome. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made me feel very welcome. The location is perfect. A special thanks goes to the receptionist Stefano, who made our stay truly exceptional. He was extremely professional, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. His warm attitude and excellent service really made a difference and left a lasting impression.

Very nice cozy room right in the historic centre, spotless clean I must add :) The host was also very nice and communication was easy. Although is on the top 5th floor and there are many stairs, we did not find that a problem. Highly recommended if stairs are also not a problem for you :)

Everything about this hotel was perfect; the location, the room, the facilities, the comfort, the cleanliness, the staff. We had the most amazing stay and would come back in a heartbeat

From location to cleanliness. Everything was top notch. We were a group of 8 and all were extremely comfortable with the bedroom and the private bathrooms.

Very central, great amenities.

The host was really nice and helpfull. The location is perfect, you can reach 3 metro stations in 5 minutes by walk. The main port was also 5 min. by walk. There many options near to the apartment where you can eat breakfast or dinner. It wasnt my first trip in Naples but this was the best apartment.
