The property is located in a quiet part of Forio yet very close to everything.15 minutes by foot till the beach. The breakfast offered a variety of things (eggs, pastries, fruit, etc.). We arrived early on the island and the hosts kindly let us check into our room right away. The room was spotless, beautifully scented, and very comfortable. The garden, jacuzzi, and sun loungers create a peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent, especially the bruschetta made by the owner – better than what we had in restaurants. The location is great, just a short bus ride from Ischia Porto with frequent connections, yet the property remains quiet.

A beautiful and well maintained property on the hill above Casamicciola. It's a bit of a hike up the hill but a leisurely downhill stroll to town and there is a bus to bring you back. 20-25 minute walk to shops and beach but the trade off is the incredible view from the property. The breakfast was generous and delicious - pastries, yoghurt, cereal and fruit. The staff were so lovely and accomodating, they picked me up from and dropped me off to the ferry, gave lots of information about the bus network and were generally available for all questions and requests. The property was very clean and well kept. Bonus is the pool, sauna and spa!
