The location on the lake is very nice, calm and peaceful. The Hotel as every thing you need. The Town is one of those gems along the lake with just enough atmosphere of an evening but not over busy. We travelled by car and stored it in the Hotel garage which was secure and under the hotel. Pre book your slot. The staff were fabulous, helpful and friendly. We did enjoy the wine tasting experience in the hotels wine cellar. Some lovely wines to bring home. Definitely go back.

Everything was exceptional — the property and service were flawless. Our host, Ms. Claudia, went above and beyond (she even asked what we would like for breakfast — something I had never experienced before). If you are travelling with family, consider bringing a small gift for her — her hospitality is so generous you’ll want to show your appreciation. Highly recommended.

From the moment the gate opens and you drive up to the parking feels very special. Fabulous warm welcome from the owner.The room is unbelievable. modern large spotlessly clean with great private terrace.So relaxing.Breakfast was incredible,everything you need and more.The home made cakes were exceptional. 10 minute stroll to Canobbio. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough..left with nice parting gift from the owner,a fealty nice touch.

Offering city views, Borgo Paradiso Guest House is an accommodation located in Maccagno Inferiore, 30 km from Exhibition Center Lugano and 32 km from Piazza Grande Locarno. A very nice quiet place in the old streets of a small settlement. The way to the old town is along a hiking trail with steps and a wonderful view of the lake and Maccagno. There is a small garden. Excellent parking. There are always fresh products for a hearty breakfast. Many thanks to the hospitable and helpful host and staff.
